Booking Policy for Mukesh Tour and Travels

1. Booking Confirmation

  • To confirm a booking, a minimum advance payment of 10% of the total fare is required. The balance must be paid before the start of the trip.
  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip for a full refund of the advance payment.
  • Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the trip will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the trip will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Changes to Booking

  • Changes to the itinerary or booking details can be made up to 24 hours before the trip, subject to availability.
  • Any changes may result in additional charges depending on the nature of the modifications.

4. No Show Policy

  • In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive for the booked service), the full fare will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
